The Country Club Estates Neighborhood Association 

The Country Club Estates Neighborhood Association (CCENA), was founded in 2010 to enhance and preserve our neighborhood’s real estate values and community ideals through various infrastructure enhancements, improved communication with residents and public entities, and increased safety measures. Projects have included the addition of decorative street posts, speed tables, and a state-of-the art security system with cameras located at every entrance.  

 

There is a membership registration fee of $125.00 to join the homeowner’s association and then annual dues of $75.00 are requested each September thereafter. The can be paid through Paypal by clicking the link below, or a check can be mailed to the address above.
